QSEG
QSEG: Quality and Workplace Safety.
Created with the aim of multiplying technical visits, offering better support, and carrying out inspections and audits at operating units throughout Brazil.
QSEG members include: Safety and Quality Managers, Workplace Safety Technicians, and Quality Auditors. QSEG’s goal is immediate and preventive action.
Its main tool is an audit app covering various processes related to Safety and Quality issues, in checklist format.
Among other things, QSEG maintains a WhatsApp channel for immediate communication among members, operations managers, and unit supervisors.
Training and guidance on relevant topics are strong tools within QSEG, all of which are available through the Exal Corporate University.
